Standard Shipping is offered only for the lower 48 states - Alaska and Hawaii are not included.

Refused deliveries will incur a 20% re-stocking fee plus applicable cancellation fees, shipping and handling back to our location at the customer's rate. Please do not refuse a delivery but instead contact for an RMA Number (Return Material Authorization).

Shipping charges are calculated and applied over and above the price of your total materials purchase. For exact shipping costs please add all item(s) to shopping cart and enter your zip code and our rating system will calculate the shipping costs. Your shipping price is based on your entire order as long as it is delivered to one place. uses FedEx GROUND service by default but reserves the right substitute carriers.

FedEx rates are based on weight, dimensions, and delivery address.
Shipments will be delivered Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays, to home or business addresses. Home deliveries may incur additional charges.
FedEx service not available for P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.

In general, orders are usually shipped within 3-5 business days. However, due to large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship your order out as soon as possible. Weekend orders are processed promptly on the following normal business day.

If an item is out of stock, you will be notified via email and you will be given an approximate date when item is expected in our warehouses and our approximate shipping date will be provided.
reserves the right to substitute carriers when applicable. Shipping rates or any deliveries via freight companies will be curbside deliveries. It will be your responsibility to bring products inside the premise. The freight company will contact the customer in advance to schedule time of delivery. You will have to make arrangements to receive the package or have someone at your home or business to receive it on your behalf. If your address is not accessible by the delivery truck, we will arrange for the transport of your merchandise to the nearest accessible point, and it will be your responsibility to provide transportation from that point to your destination. If a freight company is asked or required to make an additional delivery attempt, an additional delivery fee of $75.00 will be assessed. Prior to signing for your shipment, it is your responsibility to inspect your packages and boxes from the outside for any visible damages, dents, dings, holes, rips that could have occurred in transit and have all comments noted at the time of delivery.

Please verify the number of packages you received matches with the number of packages on the freight bill.
Do not refuse an order because an item appears damaged; simply note the damages on the freight bill prior to signing. Refusing an order on this basis will result in cancellation fees, restocking fees and freight charges being applied. Failure to note damages will absolve the shipping company of any responsibility if a damage claim is submitted at a future date.
